About

Ballet to Barbells

I started out in rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, and athletics, but it wasn’t until I found martial arts and strength training that everything clicked. Movement has always been a part of my life, and now I get to help others find their own way with training.

Make small changes

With a background in project management and a career as a change manager, I also bring 20+ years of experience in behaviour change, communication, and leadership — which means I don’t just give you a workout. I help you change the way you think about training, one habit at a time. I help you step back, clean up the chaos, and build real structure. Hard truths, accountability, and a plan that sticks—because if it’s not sustainable, it isn’t happening.

Dad & Runcations

My dad was an incredible athlete who dragged me around the world as he ‘went for a run’. His ‘runs’ consisted of 24-hr road races in France, running from Belfast to Dublin, and Greece for the Spartathlon—a 246km race, or six marathons back-to-back! Dad was a machine and that drive for endurance (and maybe a bit of his madness) rubbed off on me.

My first marathon was on the Great Wall of China, which kicked off my love for ‘runcations’ (run + vacation). Since then, I’ve raced in Thailand, Cambodia, Tahiti, Rarotonga, England, New Zealand and Australia.

Food & Sustainability

I love food. I also love helping people build healthy, sustainable eating habits that actually work in real life. No extremes, no weird rules—just balance, good food, and fuelling for strength. Whether it’s lifting heavier, building endurance, or tweaking nutrition, it’s all about what works for you.
